1 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The abu88 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. abu88 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law as it applies to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of abu88 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold any position — including as an employee, contractor, or affiliate — with abu88 or any of its associated partner studios or payment providers, in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest.

abu88 uses age-verification checks during the registration process and again at the point of withdrawal through its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. Players may be required to submit a copy of their National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. abu88 reserves the right to suspend a player's account pending successful verification at any time.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of abu88 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits — you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one abu88 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. abu88 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and all balances forfeited without prior notice.

Accurate Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. abu88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available from your account security settings. You must notify abu88 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. abu88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Account Currency

During registration, players must select their preferred account currency. abu88 supports both BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳) and INR (Indian Rupee). Once set, the account base currency cannot be changed without contacting support. All balances, transactions, and bonus values are denominated in the selected currency.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

abu88 offers a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically tailored for the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions are processed in accordance with the following terms.

Deposits

Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of your account. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet payments. Deposits are typically credited to your account within five (5) minutes for mobile wallet transactions. abu88 does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during normal operating conditions. To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must have completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. abu88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.

Fraud Prevention

abu88 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any transaction that is flagged as suspicious — including chargebacks, disputed payments, or use of payment methods belonging to a third party — may result in immediate account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent activity will be permanently banned and relevant information may be reported to applicable authorities.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

abu88 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered ten times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

Bonus Validity

Bonuses have a defined validity period, which will be stated at the time of offer. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited automatically. Extensions to validity periods are not granted.

Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. In general, slot games contribute 100% of each bet placed toward clearing wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate, which will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Games marked as excluded will not contribute at all.

Abuse & Exploitation

abu88 reserves the right to void any bonus and close any account if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has abused or attempted to exploit the bonus system. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the abu88 platform.

Accepted Bets

A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the abu88 system and you have received a confirmation reference. Bets placed in error — for example, on an incorrect market or at an incorrect stake — cannot be cancelled once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review all bet details before confirming a wager.

Game Outcomes & RNG

All casino games on abu88 are supplied by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting market and game lobby. abu88 reserves the right to apply payout limits that differ from those displayed in cases of technical error or pricing anomaly.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on abu88, you agree to comply with all of the following obligations at all times:

• You will use abu88 services solely for personal entertainment and recreational gambling purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, crawler, scraper, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the abu88 platform in place of a human user.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract the source code or underlying mechanics of any game or platform component.
• You will not share your account credentials with any other person, and you will not allow any other individual to access or use your account.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or coordinated play designed to exploit the platform.
• You will not attempt to use the platform for money laundering, fund transfers, or any other financial activity beyond legitimate gambling transactions.
• You will keep your personal account information — including email address and phone number — up to date. Failure to maintain current contact information may affect your ability to receive important account communications.
• You will promptly comply with any KYC documentation request issued by abu88's compliance team. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension.

Breach of any user obligation set out in this section constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent termination, at abu88's sole discretion, without prior notice and without obligation to return any balance where fraud or policy abuse is involved.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

You may request the permanent closure of your abu88 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion options include: 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked and all marketing communications are suppressed. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period has elapsed. Suspension by abu88

abu88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period
• Detection of a duplicate account
• Confirmed underage gambling
• Use of automated or prohibited software
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, deposits will be held securely and released if the investigation concludes in the player's favour. Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed policy breach, abu88 reserves the right to withhold balances proportionate to the nature of the breach.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abu88 and its affiliated partners, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform — whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, regulatory action, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, or government actions.
• Any third-party content, products, or services accessible through or in connection with the abu88 platform, including game providers, payment processors, and affiliate networks.
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any decision made by abu88 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including the voiding of bets, suspension of accounts, or adjustment of bonus balances.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between any translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

Amendments to These Terms

abu88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, abu88 will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the platform and, where appropriate, by sending an email to the address registered to your account.
